MLS -Laser Sintered Copings (Chrome Cobalt)

Porcelain fused to metal (PFM) restorations have been manufactured through the traditional lost wax casting process. With e-Manufacturing from EOS, dental laboratories can now produce bridges and copings directly from CAD data – without investment casting. The e-Manufacturing process is efficient, more economical and requires only a minimum amount of manual labour, while providing the dental lab with a scalable technology, irrespective of the availability of a technician. The end result is an enormous increase in the rate of productivity since the cycle takes minimum amount of time.
Benefits:

  • The marginal fitting and finishing is very accurate and precise
  • The 0.1mm spot-sized fibre laser of the selective laser melting system allows for an accuracy of approximately +/- 20 micron
  • An absence of air voids results in better strength and enhanced flexibility

Implant abutments made from Zirconia that are compatible with a wide variety of implant systems, allow the dentist to provide patients with a highly aesthetic option while still utilizing the underlying implant systems with which they are familiar. To create the abutment, Zirconia is cemented to a prefabricated titanium abutment interface. Unlike many all-ceramic abutments on the market today, the metal-to-metal connection between the screw and abutment means the screw does not torque directly into the zirconia material. This allows dentists to follow standard recommendations for torque pressures on the screw and abutment.

For dentists, the precision technology used to manufacture the abutment helps minimize manual adjustments in the office. Zirconia for implant abutments comes in the same shades of Zirconia crowns, meaning dentists can select a matching abutment and crown to create the most natural-looking restoration.

In the laboratory, time spent grinding down a stock abutment to fit properly is minimized or eliminated. Because the abutment is tailored for the individual patient dentition, the technician can design the abutment based on the both the implant and adjacent teeth, allowing for proper tissue management and a better esthetic outcome.

PFM-bridge Porcelain Fused Metal Crowns are dentistry’s primary choices for restorations. Once they are appropriately seated they come across to be the strongest, most reliable and are an esthetically good choice for both front and back teeth. Apart from having an excellent cosmetic appearance they prove to be the strongest since they can withstand heavy biting force.

PTM

Press to Metal (PTM) crowns are a modified version of PFMs wherein instead of the layering being made of porcelain, a wax pattern is made and ceramic ingot is pressed over the metal. Pressing metal ceramic means separating the design and colouring during the manufacturing process in order to optimize the final results.
The Press-to-metal© technique excludes the possibility of any shrinkage of the ceramic masses or of any changes in the metal substructure during the sintering process. This means that anatomical details and tailored ceramic shoulders retain their form throughout the entire working process.

Benefits over PFM

  • More control of shape and morphology as it is done in wax
  • Higher strength as the pressed ceramic is much stronger and dense
  • Better marginal integration as no shrinkage

Metal Free (pressed)

metal-free The innovative IPS e.max Press lithium di-silicate glass-ceramic (LS2) offers excellent fit, form and function combined with high strength of 400 MPa. The resulting restorations exhibit lifelike esthetics, independent of the shade of the preparations.
IPS e.max Press is used to produce single-tooth restorations, bridges in the anterior and premolar region and implant superstructures. Minimally invasive inlays and onlays (1 mm) and thin veneers (0.3 mm) round off the indication range.

Metal

traditional-metal When functionality plays a more important role than aesthetics, full metal crowns are mostly used in posterior teeth. Full Metal Crowns preparation are specially prescribed in cases of Bruxism, since the fabrication required is minimal.

Composites

composites Suitable for the fabrication of both metal-supported and metal-free restorations, these new advanced indirect composites are micro-filled, light/heat-curing veneering composites for full-coverage and partial veneers.

DC Zirconia

DC Zirconia combines the esthetics your patients demand with the strength and affordable price you desire. Laboratory tests have shown the fracture toughness and flexural strength of zirconia are significantly higher (>1000 mpa) than that of alumina or any other all-ceramic. With zirconia, there is no metal to show through the ceramic and no unsightly black lines at the gingival margin.
Shades are matched to your requirement by layering with best ceramics available.

Empress

IPS Esthetic is a leucite glass-ceramic ingot for the press technology. Since the early 90s, the press technology has stood for accurately fitting all-ceramic restorations and has enthused patients, dentists and dental technicians alike.

IPS Empress Esthetic is the material of choice when it comes to the fabrication of pressed, highly-esthetic single tooth restorations. In addition to the excellent strength values, the leucite glass-ceramic ingots are distinguished for their exceptional esthetics. The homogeneous material scatters light naturally and provides a balanced chameleon effect.

With IPS Empress Esthetic, you can use a ceramic which offers more than pure performance. In fact, it effectively combines accuracy of fit, efficiency and esthetics. IPS Empress Esthetic is available in a total of 7 degrees of translucency, distributed among 12 ingots. The slightly shaded TC ingots are available in 6 shades.

When fabricated to full-contour, the monolithic structure is the most robust ceramic system tested to date. The opalescence, translucency and light diffusion properties of IPS e.max lithium disilicate were all designed to replicate natural tooth structure for beauty and undetectable restorations.

DC Press

Concept Press blanks are processed in a dental molding method for precise, tooth-colored restorations and then veneered with ceramics or Pulse ZR DCceram 9.2 and / or painted.

They are all color coordinated and available in different opacity and translucency are available. The selection of the translucency level is based on the clinical requirements as well as the desired processing technique (layering, cut - back, staining technique).

The Final Strength of 400mpa allows us to make anterior crowns and 3 unit bridges and Posterior single crowns upto first molar.
